The EasyAgent Customization Interface lets you determine how your EasyAgent will look on the Internet. You can choose the gender of the animated character that will appear in the Interface. You can change the colors used in the Conversive Interface to match those used in your web site. You can change the text on the Conversive Interface to include your company name. The entire look, feel and message are easily modified to be exactly your own.

In Good Form.

A proprietary system of templates helps you to rapidly enter your important business information into your EasyAgent. By filling out the templates you provide our software with the information that it needs to answer many hundreds of inquiries from your customers online. In addition, you can easily script your own custom questions and answers that reflect information that is uniquely important to your site and your customers. As with all Conversive products, scripting takes place in good old English. There is no need to learn a special "language" or "script."

Testing One, Two, Three.

Every EasyAgent comes with a test interface so that you can see how your new online assistant is shaping up. You can check the look and feel as well as run test questions and make sure that the EasyAgent is answering the way that you want it to.

Continuous Improvement.

The EasyAgent provides you with a report of all of the chats it has had with your customers.
