Conversive Application Platform

The Conversive Application Platform is the most sophisticated Natural Language Processing engine available, combined with a set of features and interfaces that make it intuitive to use and extremely well-adapted to call centers, complex web deployments and other enterprise-class environments. The Conversive Application Platform has gone through multiple generations of testing and public use, and is a very stable application. However, as is standard for enterprise class products, it is designed to be deployed with complete redundancy to insure availability under all conditions. The Conversive Application Platform is written in .NET and designed to run on Microsoft servers.

 

The CAP5 Engine

The CAP5 Engine is the product of some 10 years of positive evolution in Natural Language Processing. Using a number of proprietary methodologies, the CAP5 engine is extremely powerful and adaptable. Highly complex knowledge bases have been written for Conversive engines in English, as well as in foreign languages including French and Spanish.

 

Conversive Scripting Interface

The Conversive Scripting Interface is both the most advanced interface of its kind and the most intuitive to use. Designed with the non-technical user in mind, question and answer pairs can be created using plain text. The Conversive Scripting Interface will then automatically develop rules so that a customer can ask the relevant question in a wide variety of ways, and still receive the proper answer. These rules are easily managed, modified and kept organized with the graphically intuitive tools available in the Scripting Interface. With the powerful Conversive Scripting Interface our products can be rapidly deployed and reliably maintained, without your employees ever having to be trained in a proprietary code, “language” or “script.”

 

Integration with Data and Systems Resources

The Conversive Application Platform uses a standards-based approach to all facets of its architecture and deployment. As such, it is designed from the ground up to be highly agnostic for maximum flexibility in a complex and changing enterprise operating environment. It is designed simultaneously to minimize total cost of ownership and overhead requirements. Some of the benefits of this approach include:

•Deployment on standard servers, using a standard Microsoft operating system.
•All inputs and outputs are web services enabled out of the box.
•Adaptable to standard and non-standard interfaces, including XML, SQL and legacy systems.
•I/O is functionally independent from engine operations, allowing rapid adaptation to changes in the enterprise environment.
•Able to read and write data to the back office, present data to and capture data from the customer.
•Work product can be sent to and maintained by standard CRM systems.
